How to Play
Each round, one player is the impostor. Everyone else shares the same secret word.
1.
Get ready and reveal your role
Share the room and talk in person or on an external call. Everyone selects Ready; the host starts. Open your card privately and confirm you have seen it. Everyone except the impostor gets the same word.
2.
Say a clue out loud
Agree who starts and take turns. For your first game, try one clue each without saying the word, then discuss. The website does not enforce turns or a clue limit.
3.
Vote for the suspect
When time runs out, or the host opens voting early, each player votes for someone else. Votes are final. If players tie for the most votes, nobody is eliminated and the impostor wins.
4.
Resolve the round and play again
If the impostor is caught and the last-chance option is on, they have 30 seconds and one written guess. A wrong guess, giving up or running out of time means the group wins. The host starts the next round; after the game, you can play again in the same room.
